Description:

A first-time experiment with Maya modeling, texturing and lighting. Picking something was easy since the F4 Phantom is a personal favorite. As a first attempt at hard surface modeling, it became challenging to generate the engine intake shape since it, and the body is nearly synonymous with each other. After creating the model and the necessary detail, came texturing with planar projections and face selection. Finally, lighting was done with Arnold using spotlights, and a curved back pane for the sky image.
